鳄鱼已被开膛破肚

昨天上午，有网友在新浪微博爆料称，扬州一养殖鳄鱼的老板被人投诉卖假货，结果被仲裁委认定售假，于是他就拖着几条死鳄鱼到扬州仲裁委大门前去理论，而且有图有真相。
随后，现代快报记者求证发现，事实并非完全如此。据当事老板称，他要建鳄鱼养殖房，而施工方未能如期交付导致大批鳄鱼死亡，产生纠纷。而仲裁委支持了另一方。他表示不服，就带着死鳄鱼到仲裁委讨说法。
网友爆料
有人拖着鳄鱼堵仲裁委大门
昨天上午11点多，有网友在微博中发布两张照片，照片中几条鳄鱼趴在扬州仲裁委办事大厅门口，看上去非常吓人。不过，细看一看，这些鳄鱼并非活的，其中一条腹部已经被剖开了。
随后，该网友又连续发消息称，鳄鱼都是人工养殖的，已经全部死了，“有人投诉养殖鳄鱼老板卖假货，并且仲裁委裁定他是卖假货，此人为了证明自己是卖的真的鳄鱼，把鳄鱼就拖到这里……”
微博发出后，立即引来不少网友围观。截至昨天中午12点多，短短一个多小时，就有上百名网友参与转发评论。
现代快报记者发现，听说有人把鳄鱼牵到了仲裁委，不少不明真相的网友对此表示惊讶，除了留言询问事情真相外，网友对鳄鱼的状况也非常关心，“已经被开膛破肚了？”此外，网友担心鳄鱼攻击行人，“天哪，这是鳄鱼大反攻的节奏么，要是咬伤人肿么办？”得知鳄鱼为人工养殖已经死亡后，一些网友这才放下心来，纷纷称“这个老板真有个性”。

按照网友的说法，是因为被举报销售的鳄鱼产品是假的，老板这才带着鳄鱼到仲裁委讨要说法。究竟是不是这么回事呢？昨天下午，现代快报记者先后联系了扬州仲裁委及当事老板，对此事进行求证。
“我们也看到网上的说法了，太夸张，根本就不是那么回事。”扬州市仲裁委相关负责人告诉现代快报记者，昨天上午，确实有人将鳄鱼带到了仲裁委楼下。不过，事情却并不是网络上流传的那样。据该负责人介绍，当事老板因工程纠纷找仲裁委仲裁，由于该老板在仲裁过程中没有提供较为完备的证据，仲裁委没有完全支持其提出的诉求，因此才出现上述一幕。
随后，现代快报记者联系上当事老板，据他介绍，他在扬州江都区开了一个生态园，主要养殖娃娃鱼及鳄鱼等动物。其中，鳄鱼养殖房定于2012年6月30日交付使用，但因种种原因导致工程停滞，无法按期交付。这一情况直接导致其当年5月从外地购买的70多条鳄鱼死亡。今年5月份，双方在扬州仲裁委进行仲裁时，他提供了一张死鳄鱼的照片，以此证明确实有鳄鱼死亡。对方对此事予以反驳。今年9月份下发的仲裁结果通知中，仲裁委竟采信对方说法，也正因此，他一气之下才从冷冻仓库拿出5条鳄鱼，带到仲裁委自证清白，“我仓库里还有很多，一共有70多条，一百多万呢。”这名鳄鱼养殖老板说。

将换种方式继续向仲裁委讨说法
“他上午来了之后，我们非常重视，也给他做了解释。”扬州仲裁委一工作人员介绍说，好几条鳄鱼被放在仲裁委一楼大厅，对他们工作造成了一定影响，事发后，他们通过派出所，将鳄鱼运走。据这名工作人员介绍，在对其工程纠纷进行仲裁时，当事老板未能提供详实的证据，也正因此才无法支持其诉求。
昨天下午，当事老板在电话中向现代快报记者表示，扬州仲裁委的仲裁过于草率，将继续追究其责任。“主要是让人很生气，我明明养殖鳄鱼偏说我没养，这个事情搁谁身上都接受不了。”当事老板称，目前已经和律师做了沟通，将换一种方式找仲裁委解决此事，“我们已经交了仲裁费了，就肯定要有个说法”。
