堪培拉斯维克区（Civic）的1家珠宝店，周四下午被人偷走2只表，目前警方正在寻找1名亚裔涉案男子的下落。
据《堪培拉时报》报道，警方指出这名男子周四下午2点10分左右，走进这家珠宝店内并要求店员拿出2只表给他看，不料他接过手之后拔腿就跑。
据描述，这名男子是亚裔人士外貌，年龄约为30多岁。他体格瘦削，身高约168至173厘米。当时该男子身穿蓝色裤子，休闲西装，戴着白色帽子和墨镜，警方昨日公布了该男子的电脑拼图画像（见图）。
警方指出，上周在堪培拉沃登（Woden）的西田购物中心（Westfield）也发生了一宗类似案件，可能和这名男子有关。警方呼吁知情者拨打灭罪热线1800 333 000提供破案线索。
